The Trustees oversee the operation of the group of funds. The Commissioners of the Campbell Fund periodically receive requests for funds by individuals in need. Information is collected regarding the needs and presented to the Trustees for review and potential action on the requests.
Several funds have restricted amounts and the available funds are diminishing due to use and low interest rates.
